The Red Shoe Makes its Rounds

Today we were approaching Peachtree on a walk and the red shoe passed but I was too distant to take a photo. Ah well. Then some minutes later we were ready to cross Juniper and here came the red shoe again.

Too funny! Impressive that you got another chance at and were quick on the shutter, so to speak. I wonder what the story is, why someone would drive a large red shoe.
There was no advertising on the shoe but I keep thinking it must be an advertisement for something, the kind that gets you wondering, “What’s that about?” then later more information comes out. And with the person making that kind of noticeable circuit, looking for exposure. However, I did a little looking around on the internet for a hint and didn’t find one.
