  1. I keep looking at, and enjoying, the image of the woman at the top of your blog. I’ve looked at the other images, too. I kept refraining from saying anything because words didn’t seem to come to mind in response to it, just that I enjoy looking at the image. So, even though I’m not really quite saying anything about it, I just wanted to say that I like looking at it. And that the looking seems to be a very internal process, not easily put into words.

  2. Thank you, Nina. I like the blank greens – especially after the tedium of sketching in all that lace. I had considered having her standing on a small patch of detailed grass in the midst of that blank green, then decided against it.
