Have you done this?

So I sat down at the computer this morning and automatically put my hand on the monitor and tried to move one of the icons.
Oh, yeah.
Not an iphone.

i haven’t done that but I’ve done things like reach for the mouse when I wanted to copy and paste something that was written on a piece of paper, as if I’d be able to highlight it on the paper and transfer it to the computer screen.

And I was unreasonably frustrated today that I couldn’t simply copy and paste text from my computer screen to my iphone with my magic fingers. I mean, we’ve come this far that my magic fingers can move stuff around on the iphone, how come my magic fingers can’t just copy and paste from my desk computer monitor (or paper) to the iphone?
Is that really too much to ask?
